SHOW SYNOPSIS
Benjamin Barker, a well known barber, assumes the name Sweeney Todd and returns to London after being wrongfully sent away 15 years prior by the corrupt Judge Turpin. Todd is given lodging by Mrs. lovett, who is determined to help him in any way possible. But all Todd cares about is getting revenge on Turpin by slitting his throat. Many innocent people inadvertently end up under Todd's blade, and are then turned into meat pies by Mrs. Lovett and are sold to the people of London.

WARDROBE SPECIFICS
There were a few costume builds in this production, but the majority of the work in the shop consisted of minor alterations. I assisted in the shop with alterations as well as an ensemble dresser. One of the big challenges we faced on the wardrobe team was the use of stage blood. Every night we had to do a thorough check of every garment so that we could spot clean anything that had gotten blood on it during that nights performance.
